Delivery & Returns
Before ordering retail checkout hardware
Compare the listed dimensions, pack format and compatibility with your requirements. Printed 1D EAN-13 and Code 128; no 2D codes.
Checking the delivery address
For a Till Orbit order, review the recipient, street, apartment where applicable, city, region, postcode and country at the delivery step. No installation service is selected by the product planner.
The delivery amount in your bag
This shop currently calculates $5.95 delivery below $100 of goods and no delivery charge from $100. A change to quantity or product option updates the total before order review.
Inspecting and caring for your item
For US1 USB barcode scanner: Wipe lens with soft dry cloth; do not immerse. Inspect your own ordered listing’s included contents and keep the relevant packaging and product information while resolving a query.
Product and return questions
Use support@tillorbit.shop with the product name, option and order reference. Describe the issue with the actual retail checkout hardware received; do not include payment-card details. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
